Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel premises
- Ensure housekeeping standards and hygiene protocols are properly followed
- Coordinate room cleaning schedules and inspect rooms before guest check-in
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory records
- Handle guest requests and ensure a comfortable guest experience
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
- Train and guide housekeeping staff to maintain service quality
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Attention to detail and organizational ability
- Good communication and guest-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Housekeeping operations in hotels/resorts
- Candidates with hospitality industry experience will be preferred
