Role Overview
The Teamcenter Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, migration, or support projects. The role requires strong PLM domain knowledge, customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Prepare project plans, WBS, SOW, resource plans, and status reports.

Drive requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution discussions with clients.

Work with technical teams on BMIDE configurations, workflows, integrations, and customizations.

Coordinate with CAD, SAP/ERP, MES, APS, and other integration teams.

Conduct UAT, training sessions, and ensure smooth go-live and hypercare support.

Manage offshore/onshore teams and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Track utilization, effort, deliverables, and milestones.

Ensure compliance with PLM best practices, standards, and methodologies.
Required Skills

Strong experience in Teamcenter (TcUA, TcX, Active Workspace, BMIDE, Workflow, Change Management)

Knowledge of CAD integrations (NX, Creo, CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Experience in SAP/ERP–PLM integrations, MPP, and Manufacturing processes (optional but preferred).

Strong understanding of PLM concepts like BOM, ECO/ECN, structure management, and release processes.

Hands-on in preparing project documentation (SOW, BRD, FSD, RAID logs, etc.)

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum certifications preferred.

12–15 years of total experience with at least 8+ years in Teamcenter projects.
