Junior Site Engineer – Job Description ( 2018 to 2025 batch)
Position: Junior Site Engineer
Department: Civil Construction
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site construction activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, foremen, and site workers.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements with the procurement team.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the Senior Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the project site.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Maintain proper site documentation, records, and reports.
- Support project completion within the specified timeline and budget.
