Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate children’s developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and educators.
- Provide early intervention strategies to enhance cognitive, social, and motor skills.
- Maintain progress reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Developmental Therapy, Early Childhood Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for child development.
