ICT Operator (In-Circuit Test Operator)
Job Role:
Conducts electrical testing of assembled PCBs via ICT fixtures and equipment to ensure circuit integrity and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up ICT fixtures and load programs for each product.
- Perform electrical tests: shorts, opens, component values, functional checks.
- Troubleshoot basic ICT failures and retest boards after corrections.
- Perform probe cleaning and maintain fixture health.
- Log test results and maintain failure reports.
- Coordinate with debugging/repair teams for failed units.
- Ensure ESD safety during testing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Understanding of basic electronics (resistors, capacitors, ICs).
- Ability to read test logs and interpret failure codes.
- Familiarity with test equipment (Agilent, Keysight, Teradyne, SPEA, Hioki, etc.).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
