We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of qualified inbound leads, nurture them through consultative conversations, conduct discovery calls, and convert prospects into paying customers. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology services, enjoys solution selling, and is comfortable engaging with startup founders and SMB decision-makers in international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Nurture leads and convert them into Zoom/Google Meet discovery meetings.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand business problems and position the right tech solutions.
- Convert meeting-attended leads into paying customers through follow-ups and proposal discussions.
- Handle objections, pricing discussions, and next-step alignment professionally.
- Execute systematic follow-ups across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Draft clear, persuasive follow-up emails that drive responses and meeting confirmations.
- Maintain consistent communication without being pushy or transactional.
- Keep CRM updated with lead status, notes, follow-up tasks, and deal stages.
- Track conversations, objections, timelines, and conversion outcomes accurately.
- Follow defined sales processes while suggesting improvements when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications Sales Skills
- Proven experience in B2B services sales (IT services preferred).
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills.
- Comfortable selling to startup founders, CTOs, and business owners.
- Ability to close deals with SMBs and early-stage companies.

Market Experience
- Experience selling to clients in USA, UK, and/or Australia.
