Job Description: Group Product Manager
Business Focus: Acute Care Therapy Segment (e.g., Gastro, Respiratory, Derma, Supplements, Pain Management, Antibiotics)

Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management
- Design and execute long-term marketing strategies for all our acute care brands.
- Identify growth opportunities in high-potential therapeutic segments with high GC like Gastro, Respiratory, Supplements, Pain Management, Antibiotics.
- Optimize portfolio mix based on Market trends, competition, pricing.
- KOL and KBL Management
Brand Management
- Lead brand planning and development including positioning, brand story, scientific messaging, packaging and promotional input design.
- Build high-impact communication tools (visual aids, detailing aids, leave-behinds, samples, in clinic inputs etc.).
- Monitor brand performance and to create and executive timely coherent brand strategies.
- CME, RTC
New Product Launches
- Drive aggressive product pipeline, rollout aligned with market needs and competitive dynamics.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive Go-to-Marketstrategies including launch campaigns, doctor targeting, and field team readiness.
- Coordinate with Procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely launches.
Sales & Field Force Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to align on brand objectives, product push strategies, and market feedback.
- Support sales team with promotional strategies, objection-handling guides, doctor conversion tactics, and campaign rollouts.
- Train the field Team on Product knowledge and Brand communication.
Promotional Campaigns & Doctor Engagement
- Plan and implement doctor engagement initiatives, CMEs, and RTMs tailored to high-prescribing segments.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns to drive doctor prescriptions and distributor pull.
Pricing & Market Competitiveness
- Monitor competitive price movements and ensure market-aligned pricing for all brands.
