Marketing Head
Job Summary:
Lead the hospital's marketing and business development initiatives to increase patient volumes, strengthen the hospital brand, and expand referral and corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies.
Build referral networks with consultants, clinics, GPs, and healthcare partners.
Develop corporate, insurance, and institutional business.
Lead digital marketing, branding, PR, and patient engagement initiatives.
Organize health camps, CME programs, community outreach, and awareness campaigns.
Monitor marketing ROI, patient acquisition, and competitor activities.
Lead and mentor the marketing and business development team.
Skills Required :
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 10–15 years of experience in healthcare marketing/business development.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in senior level.
- Strong network with doctors, corporates, TPAs, and insurance partners is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
