Key Responsibilities
· Define and drive the 3PL sales strategy across priority verticals: Chemicals, Automotive, E‑commerce, and FMCG.
· Lead the entire sales cycle for enterprise and mid‑market clients, from opportunity identification and solution design to contract negotiation, RFPs, and multi‑year agreements.
· Build and manage key accounts and C‑suite relationships with large corporates, OEMs, e‑commerce platforms, and FMCG/retail chains, acting as the primary interface for commercial and service governance.
· Own and grow the revenue P&L, monitoring pipeline health, and ensuring forecast accuracy and collection discipline.
· Collaborate with Operations, Product, Pricing, and Tech teams to ensure solutions are operationally feasible, scalable and aligned with digital‑platform capabilities (app‑based booking, dynamic pricing, tracking, and live‑location features).
· Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to refine value proposition and product‑led go‑to‑market for trucking and 3PL services.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Min – 5– 8 Yrs experience as Regional / KAM / head of Contract logistics with top leading 3PL service providers.
· Strong consultative selling, contract negotiation, and strategic account‑management skills with large corporates and digital‑first clients.
· Deep understanding of 3PL, warehousing, bonded/cold/hazardous, and on‑demand trucking business models, including unit‑economics and pricing levers.
· Comfort with tech‑driven logistics platforms (app‑based booking, live tracking, dynamic pricing, multi‑pickup multi‑drop logic) and CRM/data‑driven pipeline management.
· Excellent leadership, stakeholder‑management, and communication skills in a fast‑growing, matrixed organization.
Education & Qualifications
· Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Engineering; MBA or PG in Supply Chain / Logistics will be preferred.
· Proven track record of consistently exceeding large sales targets in logistics, 3PL, or freight‑tech platforms.
