Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing team in generating leads, following up with prospects, promoting company services, and assisting in business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation through online and offline channels.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and proposals.
- Maintain and update lead and customer databases.
- Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Assist in social media and online marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead reports.
- Help achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and digital marketing.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
