About the Role
We are looking for a Channel Partner Executive to drive our partner ecosystem across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with System Integrators (SI), VARs, MSSPs, and distributors, while driving revenue through partner-led opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Onboard and manage channel partners (SI, VAR, MSSP, distributors)
· Drive revenue through partner-led pipeline and closures
· Enable partners with product positioning, demos, and sales support
· Manage deal registration and conflict resolution
· Conduct partner trainings and joint customer meetings
· Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams
Requirements
· 1-2 years experience in channel sales / partner management
· Strong partner network in Mumbai or Bangalore
· Understanding of margins, deal cycles, and partner conflicts
· Experience with cybersecurity solutions (EDR, DLP, SIEM, SOC, Email Security)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
Compensation & Incentives
Competitive fixed salary with uncapped performance-based incentives.

· Uncapped variable incentives based on revenue closure
· Accelerators: 1.5x (70–100%), 2x–3x (100%+ achievement)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,557.18 per month
