We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources function and support the continued growth of our organization.
Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hotel departments.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
Employee Relations
- Build and maintain positive employee relations.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Promote a healthy and productive work environment.
Performance Management
- Implement performance appraisal processes.
- Support department heads in setting employee goals and evaluating performance.
- Recommend promotions, confirmations, and performance improvement plans.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Organize induction programs, skill development, and leadership training.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Coordinate monthly attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Maintain employee files, HR documentation, and confidential records.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
Policy & Culture
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW with specialization in Human Resources is preferred.
- Certifications in HR practices or labor laws will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or service industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR leadership or managerial role.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll coordination.
