Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely execution of management directives.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain confidential executive records and documentation.
Support business operations, SOP implementation, and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with teams across Mortgage, Property & Will Registration, Insurance, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Executive Coordinator supporting senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
Experience with CRM systems and AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
