Position: Solar Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Solar Sales Coordinator to support our sales team through telecalling, lead management, customer follow-ups, quotation coordination, and CRM updates. Candidates with prior experience or knowledge of the solar industry will be preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and coordination between customers, sales executives, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding solar products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through social media, websites, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain basic information about solar systems, subsidies, and company offerings to prospective customers.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain customer data, inquiries, and follow-up records in CRM/software.
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, and documentation.
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up until closure.
- Coordinate with sales executives, installation teams, and customers for smooth project execution.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Support lead generation activities through online platforms and telecalling.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and channel partners.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English preferred).
- Telecalling and customer follow-up experience.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM software.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the solar industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
