Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of software engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, driving technical excellence, and supporting team growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee software development projects.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability.
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team-building activities.
- Resolve technical challenges and support architectural decisions.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of team leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
Annual Compensation:
₹18,00,000 CTC per annum (or as per company policy and candidate experience).
