Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Architect with experience in residential projects to support design review, coordination, and execution. The role involves working closely with internal teams and consultants to ensure accurate drawings, efficient planning, and compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural plans for residential projects with focus on layout efficiency and practical design
- Verify built-up, carpet, and super built-up area calculations
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate with consultants (architectural, structural, MEP, landscape) for design alignment
- Support approval and revision of drawings and ensure updates are communicated
- Assist site team and contractors with design-related clarifications
- Evaluate and implement design changes with consideration to cost and timelines
- Prepare quantity estimations based on drawings
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety standards
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor implementation of drawings
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings
- Organize coordination meetings and track progress updates
- Identify and resolve design-related issues during execution
- Work on multiple assignments while maintaining quality and timelines
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices
- Knowledge of local building regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of quantity estimation and documentation
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of Revit or other 3D modelling tools
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) concepts
- Exposure to clash detection and coordinated drawings
- Experience in BBS preparation is an added advantage
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
Compensation
₹4,80,000 – ₹5,80,000 per annum (based on experience and interview evaluation)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
