About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated *Project Coordinator* to oversee and manage day-to-day site operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring construction activities.
- Site supervision: Ensure smooth execution of works, liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Documentation management: Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and project documentation.
- Quality assurance: Monitor construction standards and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Health & safety: Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering: From a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience: Minimum 10 years in site coordination, project management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and site management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
