Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via voice, chat, and email support
- Provide accurate solutions and ensure quick resolution of issues
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Graduate / Undergraduate both eligible
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English required)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹19,000 – ₹40,000/month (in-hand)
- Salary based on experience & last drawn CTC

- US / UK / Australian shifts (Rotational)
- 5 Days Working (depending on process)
