Job description-
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Follow up on leads from seminars, social media, referrals, websites, cold data, and other sources.
- Maintain accurate lead records and achieve call and conversion targets.
- Counsel prospective students/parents on RI programs.
- Convert leads into admissions or appointments.
- Escalate complex cases to senior counsellors when required.
- Develop and maintain telecalling SOPs, call scripts, follow-up processes, and reporting formats.
- Continuously improve calling processes for better efficiency.
- Train new team members on calling etiquette, SOPs, data handling, and lead conversion.
- Conduct mock calls and ensure communication quality.
- Share daily reports and coordinate with marketing and counselling teams.
- Maintain data accuracy and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Meet targets for calls, follow-ups, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Ensure high-quality communication and prompt response to new leads.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
