Kripanshi Kala Creation OPC Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized, and professional Personal Assistant to support management in daily administrative, communication, event, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, time-management abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and official correspondence.
Maintain records, documents, reports, and confidential information.
Coordinate with clients, artists, models, event partners, and vendors.
Assist in planning and executing events, entertainment programs, and promotional activities.
Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and business reports.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff coordination when required.
Manage office administration and assist management in day-to-day operations.
Handle social media and basic digital communication tasks if assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
