We are seeking a proactive Field Executive to manage on-the-ground institutional relationships, sales coordination, and field logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Client Visits: Visit institutions to follow up on pending orders and secure timely payment collections.
- Joint Client Meetings: Accompany company representatives on institutional visits to assist with sales presentations and relationship building.
- Quotation Follow-ups: Coordinate with internal representatives to ensure prompt creation, delivery, and follow-up of client quotations.
- Logistics & Supervision: Manage minor logistical phone calls, coordinate field dispatches, and supervise necessary on-site work to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field operations, collections, or sales coordination.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license for daily local travel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to resolve on-the-ground issues and manage tasks independently.
