HIRING : HR Management Faculty (TRAINER)
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Key Responsibilities
Teach and facilitate courses in Business & HR Management (Leadership, HR, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, etc.)
Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and interactive learning materials
Guide students through projects, internships, and real-world problem-solving
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning
Collaborate with industry experts and guest speakers to enrich learning
Requirements
Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Management / Business Administration
Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
