Job Description
We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) with strong Accounts & Finance domain experience.
Mandatory Requirements
- CA Intermediate / CA Articleship completed
- CA half-qualified candidates can also apply
- Minimum 15 years experience in Accounts & Finance field is mandatory
- Strong communication and coordination skills required

Candidates from IT Project Management, Software Project Management, Construction Project Management, or other non-finance backgrounds will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational and finance-related activities across departments and branches
- Track project timelines, task progress, and operational deliverables
- Prepare and review MIS reports, status reports, and management updates
- Ensure timely follow-up of accounts, compliance, documentation, and operational requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and business operations
- Monitor process efficiency and support implementation of operational improvements
- Assist management in planning, reporting, and decision-making activities
- Maintain proper documentation, trackers, and reporting systems
- Support management in handling cross-functional coordination and issue resolution
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational and finance-related tasks

This is a senior management-level role requiring extensive strong leadership ability, operational oversight, and organizational coordination skills.
Salary
Negotiable based on experience and profile.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
