We’re Blurn/Bismath, a global digital marketing and web development agency with clients in Australia, the UK, and the USA. We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team and lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. The role involves sourcing talent, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements with department managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate recruitment documentation and maintain candidate records.
- Conduct reference and background checks where required.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws during recruitment.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (or fresh graduates for junior roles).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques..
