Job Overview:
LePlay is looking for a friendly and responsible Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle customer billing, and assist visitors with bookings and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers at the reception
- Handle billing, invoice generation, and payment collection
- Manage ticket sales, wristbands/cards, and entry records
- Provide information about packages, pricing, and activities
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain daily billing reports and cash records
- Coordinate with operations staff for customer support
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
- Ability to handle cash and digital payments
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Previous experience in billing or front desk is an advantage
Salary: As per company standards
