Interior Site Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of interior fit-out, renovation, or turnkey construction projects. They act as the primary link between project managers, interior designers, clients, and on-site labor teams/vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and according to approved drawings.
- Site Execution: Oversee daily activities of interior trades including carpentry, drywall, false ceiling (POP), electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting.
- Drawing & Measurement Verification: Read and interpret architectural and interior design blueprints, take accurate on-site dimensions, and verify layouts before installation.
- Material & Inventory Management: Inspect incoming raw materials or modular shipments (wardrobes, kitchens) for quality and quantity, ensuring secure storage and minimizing wastage.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of workmanship, immediately flag defects, and enforce corrective actions to prevent costly rework.
- Labor & Vendor Coordination: Assign daily tasks to workers and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and third-party installation teams.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily logs, record attendance, and submit progress updates (including photographs) to management and clients.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety guidelines, maintain clean housekeeping standards, and resolve minor on-site conflicts or delays.
Education: Diploma or BE
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
