Responsibilities
- Implement proactive outreach strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pool of talent.
- Evaluate profiles to analyze the qualifications and professional experience of candidates or coaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding process, incorporating feedback loops for continuous improvement and adapting to evolving hiring or coach onboarding needs.
- Implement best practices in relationship management to build and sustain a talent community, fostering long-term connections with potential talents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 0.6 - 1 year experience in Recruitment
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Location
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
