Job Summary
Sheetal Metals is looking for an ITI Electronics Technician with hands-on experience in LED Lighting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of LED drivers, PCB assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and quality inspection of LED lighting products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test LED lights, LED drivers, and electronic PCBs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in LED lighting products.
- Perform soldering, component replacement, and PCB rework.
- Test LED drivers, SMPS, power supplies, and electronic circuits.
- Operate testing equipment such as multimeters, power supplies, and LED testers.
- Ensure products meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain production records and testing reports.
- Support preventive maintenance of production and testing equipment.
- Follow 5S, ESD, Safety, ISO 9001, and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of LED lighting products and LED driver circuits.
- Experience in PCB assembly, soldering, and component identification.
- Understanding of SMPS, power supplies, resistors, capacitors, ICs, MOSFETs, and LEDs.
- Ability to use multimeters and other electronic testing instruments.
- Basic knowledge of circuit diagrams and electronic troubleshooting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI (Electronics Mechanic/Electronics) or Diploma in Electronics.
- 1–2 years of experience in LED Light Manufacturing.
- Experience in LED bulb, street light, flood light, panel light, or downlight production will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,587.86 - ₹25,000.00 per month
