Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, referrals, social media, and field visits.
- Contact potential clients and explain the company’s services clearly.
- Schedule and attend client meetings to understand their requirements.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Study market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Required Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office / Google Workspace.

Qualification:
- Any Degree / MBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
Experience:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
