Responsibilities Include
Knowledge of Topography, Construction a must.
Analyze survey notes, sketches, and raw data to draft accurate representations of land, property boundaries, and topography.
Topographical Mapping: Draw topographical contours, subsurface formations, and surface elevations.
Plat & Boundary Preparation: Create land subdivision plats, rights-of-way maps, and boundary lines based on exact property descriptions.
Site Plans: Produce highly detailed site and layout plans used by engineers and architects to plan construction projects
Collaborate directly with field surveyors and engineers to resolve data discrepancies and verify the accuracy of the drafted information.
Maintain up-to-date archives of all survey data, revisions, and historical schematics.
