Location:* Andheri East, Chakala, Mumbai
Experience: MINIMUM 1+ YEAR IN SALES CALLING/ACADEMIC COUNSELOR
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
We are looking for an *Academic Counselor / Education Counselor* with strong communication and sales skills to join our growing EdTech team
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and working professionals on courses & career opportunities
- Handle inbound/outbound leads and convert them into enrollments
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
- Conduct counseling sessions and course presentations
- Follow up with prospective students and drive conversions
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM
- Achieve individual and team enrollment/sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the admission process
Who We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in *EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales / Academic Counseling*
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Candidates from *EdTech, Education, Training, B2C Sales or Inside Sales* backgrounds are preferred
