Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Tamil Language
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Gurgaon
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers and explain products/services in Tamil.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and drive sales conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity goals.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Fluency in Tamil language is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Hindi and/or English preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2C sales, EdTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and customer interactions.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
