About the Role
Glovomega Private Limited is looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our SaaS-based solutions to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling sales calls, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the company’s SaaS products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Schedule product demos and follow up with prospects regularly
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and cloud-based software
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience is an advantage
