Role Overview
We are looking for a high-octane Business Development Executive to scale Techbyheart’s footprint in Chennai. Unlike a traditional desk job, this role requires a mix of strategic networking and aggressive sales. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building B2B partnerships (colleges/corporates), and ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads for the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Identify and reach out to potential students and working professionals through cold calling, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Institutional Tie-ups: Visit engineering and arts colleges across Chennai to conduct seminars, workshops, and sign MoUs for training programs.
- Corporate Partnerships: Connect with HRs and Tech leads for corporate training requirements or placement partnerships.
- Market Research: Keep a pulse on the "Nandanam-T. Nagar" education hub to identify competitor trends and new demand for specific tech stacks.
- Closing Deals: Handle the "hard sell" for high-value professional courses and ensure monthly revenue targets are met.
- Event Coordination: Organize and represent Techbyheart at educational fairs, tech meetups, and campus drives.
