Position: All India Head – Freight Forwarding
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 10 Years (including 5+ years in a senior leadership/P&L role)
Job Summary: The All India Head – Freight Forwarding will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the freight forwarding business across India, including air, sea, and multimodal logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement national freight forwarding strategies.
· Manage overall P&L for the Freight Forwarding division.
· Drive business development and customer acquisition initiatives.
· Build strategic relationships with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and overseas partners.
· Oversee pricing, operations, customer service, and compliance functions.
· Lead and manage regional freight forwarding teams.
· Identify market trends and new business opportunities.
· Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics.
· Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing teams and business performance.
· Strong knowledge of international freight operations, pricing, and trade regulations.
· Proven track record of revenue generation and business expansion.
· Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
