Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end interior design for high-end residential projects, from concept development to final handover
- Translate client briefs into luxury design concepts, layouts, material palettes, and detailed execution drawings
- Drive design strategy while ensuring alignment with Artius’ premium product offerings (doors, windows, wood systems)
- Conduct client meetings, design presentations, and design approvals independently
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, vendors, and site teams
- Review and approve working drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, and specifications
- Ensure design integrity, quality standards, timelines, and budgets are maintained during execution
- Guide, mentor, and review work of junior designers and drafting teams
- Handle on-site design coordination, troubleshooting, and quality audits
- Stay updated on luxury interior trends, materials, finishes, and international design benchmarks
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and project ownership mindset
- Deep expertise in luxury residential interiors and execution detailing
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and site coordination
- High proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp / 3Ds Max / V-Ray / Lumion preferred
- Strong client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale luxury projects simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in high-end residential interior projects
- Proven experience handling premium clients and complex projects independently
- Strong site execution and team management experience is mandatory

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
