Responsibilities are as follows:
● Identify and prospect channel partners - Chartered Accountants/ Property Consultants/Wealth Managers through daily market visits (Yes, we strongly believe that cold callingmake the best sales leaders)
● Build relationships/alliances with Chartered Accountants, Independent Mortgage Advisorsand small to mid-size Mortgage Advisory Firms to generate Mortgage Leads
● Create and maintain a database of CAs and sub-DSAs in the assigned geography
● Keep a track of Chartered Accountants of clients serviced by us and explore incrementalbusiness opportunities from them
● Client Interaction to understand their mortgage requirements clearly and explain ourproposition to them
● Understand various technicalities and suggest the most appropriate mortgage to clients
● Daily reporting on update/ progress.
● Deliver on monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
Experience
● 1-4 years total experience in Relationship Building & management *
● Experience in corporate sales or channel development desired will be an advantage
● Understanding of client segmentation of Chartered Accountants and having any existingrelationships with CAs or Mortgage Advisors will an advantage
