About the Role
Webguruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Executive with hands-on experience in handling the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, tender participation, vendor management, and government procurement processes.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing GeM operations, understanding bid/tender requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of government-related sales opportunities. The candidate should possess good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and operate the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal efficiently.
· Search, identify, and participate in relevant government tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities.
· Handle bid preparation, tender documentation, submission, and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with internal technical and management teams for proposal and requirement fulfillment.
· Maintain and update company product/service listings on the GeM portal.
· Monitor tender deadlines, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and submission timelines.
· Handle communication with government departments and relevant authorities when required.
· Maintain records of bids, tenders, documentation, and project status.
· Ensure compliance with government procurement policies and standards.
· Support business growth through domestic government sales opportunities.
Required Expertise
Candidates should have experience or understanding of:
· Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal Management
· Tender Filing & Documentation
· Bid Management & Proposal Submission
· Government Procurement Process
· Vendor Registration & Compliance
· Domestic Sales Coordination
· IT Services / Digital Services Understanding (Preferred)
Required Skills
· Strong understanding of the GeM portal and government tender process
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Ability to handle documentation and compliance requirements effectively
· Strong attention to detail and deadline management
· Good understanding of proposal preparation and bid submission
· Experience in handling domestic government sales processes
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email Communication, and Reporting
· Hands-on experience or understanding of AI-powered tools for research, documentation support, proposal enhancement, and productivity
· Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, document automation tools, and productivity platforms will be an added advantage
