Position Summary
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading the Business Development Executives (BDEs), driving monthly revenue targets, improving conversion rates, coaching the sales team, and ensuring every lead is followed up professionally.
The role focuses on sales performance, team leadership, revenue growth, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Conduct daily morning sales meetings.
- Assign daily lead targets.
- Monitor individual team performance.
- Motivate the team to achieve revenue goals.
- Build a high-performance sales culture.
2. Sales Management
- Achieve monthly team revenue targets.
- Improve lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Ensure every lead is contacted promptly.
- Monitor the complete sales pipeline.
- Handle high-value and VIP client discussions.
3. Lead Management
- Allocate leads fairly among team members.
- Monitor follow-ups through the CRM.
- Prevent lead leakage.
- Ensure timely callbacks and follow-ups.
4. Training & Coaching
- Train new sales executives.
- Conduct daily objection-handling practice.
- Improve communication and negotiation skills.
- Review sales call recordings and provide feedback.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track:
- Daily calls
- Meetings booked
- Follow-ups completed
- Sales closed
- Revenue generated
- Conversion rates
- Team productivity
6. Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
- Revenue
- Lead status
- Team performance
- Sales funnel

- Forecasts
7. Coordination
Work closely with:

- Legal & Operations Team
- Accounts Team
Pay: ₹14,465.79 - ₹45,163.27 per month
