Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Meet customers to understand their energy requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for project execution.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitors, and new developments in the solar industry.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in Solar Panel Sales or Renewable Energy Sales.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and government policies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics) or MBA (Marketing).
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
Preferred Candidates
- Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Existing network of EPC contractors, channel partners, and corporate customers.
Salary:
Salary and incentives will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
