Job Summary
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role includes managing site manpower, monitoring progress, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Contractors, and Clients.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Manage labor, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.
- Ensure availability of construction materials and maintain material records.
- Check quality of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work quantities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and report major concerns to the Project Engineer.
- Maintain site documentation, attendance, and work records.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.
- Monitor housekeeping and maintain discipline at the construction site.
Pay: ₹20,090.01 - ₹25,458.83 per month
