Job Summary:
A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role helps improve customer satisfaction and contributes to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability.
- Prepare sales documents, contracts, and proposals.
- Support the implementation of sales campaigns and promotions
