■ ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not just another social media job. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands Instagram inside out — someone who doesn't just post content but builds communities, drives real engagement, and makes the brand impossible to scroll past. You will be the creative engine behind our Instagram presence. You will own the strategy, execute the content, track what's working, and constantly push the bar higher. If you are someone who wakes up checking Instagram trends and goes to sleep thinking about the next viral Reel idea — you are exactly who we are looking for.
■ WHAT YOU'LL DO — DAY TO DAY
■ Instagram Content (Primary Focus)
➤ Plan, create, and publish Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Static Posts consistently.
➤ Research trending audio, visual formats, and content styles on Instagram daily.
➤ Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends.
➤ Write scroll-stopping captions, smart hashtags, and strong CTAs for every post.
➤ Monitor Instagram algorithm changes and adapt the content strategy accordingly.
➤ Experiment with new content formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques to maximise reach.
■ Growth & Analytics
➤ Track Instagram Insights — reach, impressions, saves, shares, follower growth, and engagement rate.
➤ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable observations.
➤ Identify top-performing content and replicate successful patterns.
➤ Set and work towards follower growth and engagement targets.
■ Community & Engagement
➤ Respond to comments, DMs, and story replies promptly to build an active community.
➤ Engage with relevant accounts, trends, and conversations in the niche.
➤ Identify and coordinate with relevant micro-influencers or content collaborators.
■ Other Platforms (Secondary Support)
➤ Manage and post on LinkedIn and Facebook as secondary platforms.
➤ Repurpose Instagram content smartly for other channels wherever applicable.
■ WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate checks all of these boxes:
➤ 3–4 years of real, hands-on experience managing Instagram for a brand or agency.
➤ You know Instagram deeply — not just how to post, but WHY certain content wins.
➤ Strong knowledge of Reels production, trending formats, and short-form storytelling.
➤ Proficiency in content tools — Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar.
➤ Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights for tracking performance.
➤ Excellent written skills — you can write a caption that makes people stop scrolling.
➤ You are proactive, creative, and don't wait to be told what's trending.
➤ A strong portfolio of Instagram accounts you have managed is mandatory.
