Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage lab environments for enterprise and service provider networks.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and support for network assurance.
- Support network fulfilment activities including new installations, upgrades, and MACDs.
- Translate network designs and configurations into OSS/automation requirements and validate automation outputs.
- Design and manage remote network labs, including BoM/BoQ, inventory, assets, licensing, and procurement.
- Collaborate with Service Design, DTAC, Assurance, IT, and Cyber Security teams.
- Maintain network documentation, engineering guidelines, and operational runbooks while mentoring junior engineers.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS VPN, IPv4/IPv6, QoS, ACLs, IPSec, DNS, SNMP, NTP, and HA/VRRP.
- Expertise in SD-WAN, SASE, NFV, uCPE, ZTP, Service Chaining, Overlay/Underlay Networks, and Hybrid VPN.
- Experience with VMware VeloCloud, Cisco Viptela, or Silver Peak/HPE SD-WAN platforms.
- Knowledge of firewall technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Juniper vSRX.
- Ability to reverse-engineer network configurations and support OSS/Network Automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of networking or infrastructure experience.
- CCNP, CCNP-SP, CCIE-level, JNCIE, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Azure Networking, Ansible, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), NetConf/YANG, OSS/BSS integration, VoIP, or Wireless networking is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per hour
