Role Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day IT operations, user support, and maintenance of IT systems to ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network devices.
Provide IT support to users and resolve hardware/software issues
Manage LAN, internet, email, and system security (antivirus, backups)
Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors/AMCs
Prepare basic IT reports and documentation.
Qualification & Skills:
Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years experience in IT support
Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking basics
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹9,859.60 - ₹15,000.00 per month
