Role Objective:- This role is responsible for the achievement of sales goals. Formulate sales strategy and develop sales forecast, budget, manpower plans & regulatory plans. Key Responsibilities: • To achieve top line and bottom-line for Country Assigned (DRC). • To add more products for registration after market survey in coordination to RH. • To monitor the product mix sales for profitability in consultation with Reporting Manager. • Ensure generation of orders from Wholesalers to Distributors. • Plan and execute Product strategies and promotional inputs in discussion with Regional Head & Marketing • Identify new business opportunities within the region for growth – organic or inorganic like JV etc. • Send Reports/ feedback to HO on Regular Basis / as and when required • Sales: • Maintain healthy relationship with all concerned to achieve targets. • Resolve all regulatory & other queries for timely product registrations and commercial launch. • Ensure sales targets are met and maintain appropriate inventory levels for achieving the same. • Manage and nurture field force and make them productive to achieve Organization/Country objective Profitability: • To closely monitor the controllable expenses and analyze the reasons for variance if any. • To monitor the product mix sales so that the overall GC is maintained. • Regulatory meeting with local regulatory body Registrations: • Coordinate with RA for dossier queries raised by country’s MOH. • Identification of the new products to be taken up for registration after through survey Shipment: • Prepare order considering lead time avoid stock out of products maintaining optimum inventory in country. • Timely approval from Local Authorities for clearance of Promotional Material and Samples Finance: • Sort out Payment discrepancies with the wholesalers before the accepting orders / shipment is made. • To get product costing before agreeing on final CIF with wholesalers/Tender Board. • Ensuring timely settlement of Wholesaler claims and avoid any expiry of products in country. Human Resources: • Ensuring all the vacancies are filled on time by Local Agent. • Timely inputs for attendance, Manpower details and other HR activities. Business Development • Identify new business opportunities within the country. Get the required regulatory inspections
