Job Summary
Elaterz is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling ecommerce platforms, product listings, order processing, and sales performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Update product information, pricing, inventory, and promotional offers.
- Monitor and process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Analyze marketplace trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations (preferred).
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
