Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Promote our HR services to startups and small businesses
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Share proposals and follow up regularly
- Give updates on leads and conversions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or business development (preferably in HR or B2B services)
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Confident in talking to clients and explaining services
- Can work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of HR services is a plus
