Telesales / Inside Sales Executive – Inbound Leads

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000
Role Overview:
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to manage all inbound leads and support the sales team with high-quality lead qualification, CRM discipline, and consistent follow-ups.
This role is critical to ensuring lead quality, timely engagement, accurate documentation, and zero lead leakage across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to all inbound leads (website, campaigns, referrals, calls)
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, timelines, and fit
- Accurately add, enrich, and maintain leads in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Ensure timely and systematic follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Share appropriate sales collaterals (brochures, presentations, videos, case studies)
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Manager based on geography and requirement
- Maintain clear documentation and CRM hygiene at all stages
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead outcomes
Required Skills & Experience:
Must-Have
- 2–4 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Lead Qualification
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- High discipline in documentation, follow-ups, and CRM usage
- Comfortable handling inbound lead volumes
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B sales (industrial, services, machinery, SaaS, etc.)
- Basic familiarity with lead qualification concepts (need, budget, timeline)
