Purchase Executive / Store Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day purchase activities and procurement of materials.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per departmental requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
- Maintain inward and outward stock records accurately.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory management of materials.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams for material requirements.
- Track pending orders and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase documents.
- Maintain purchase and store records in Excel or ERP systems.
- Monitor wastage and implement inventory control measures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and purchase reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
- Support cost control initiatives and optimize purchasing expenses.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of inventory and store management.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
